This policy describes how ZenQuality (Bastien Joseph Chanot, individual entrepreneur) collects, uses and protects your personal data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended ("Informatique et Libertés").

Being a small sole proprietorship without large-scale processing or sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR, ZenQuality is not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO). Requests relating to personal data should be addressed directly to the email above.

No sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR (health, guidance, religion, etc.) is collected.

Your data is processed exclusively by Bastien Joseph Chanot. They may be transmitted to the following subcontractors, each acting under a contract in accordance with Article 28 GDPR:

Transfers outside the EU any transfers to Anthropic (United States) are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) (Decision 2021/914). No personally identifiable or confidential data of a customer is transmitted to an AI tool.
The data is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Your rights
In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Access Right : obtain confirmation that data about you is being processed and receive a copy.
- Right to Rectification : have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
- Right to Erasure (“right to be forgotten”), subject to legal retention obligations.
- Right to restriction of processing in the cases provided for in Article 18 GDPR.
- Right to Object processing, including commercial prospecting.
- The right to portability data provided, for automated processing based on consent or contract.
- Right to set post-mortem guidelines relating to the fate of your data after your death (Article 85 of the Data Protection Act).
To exercise these rights, send your request to contact@zenquality.fr, accompanied, if necessary, by proof of identity. Response within 1 month maximum (extendable by 2 months in case of complexity, Art. 12.3 GDPR).

5. Safety
ZenQuality implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), strong authentication, regular backups, restricted access, security updates.
In the event of a data breach likely to cause a risk to your rights, you will be notified as soon as possible and, if necessary, the CNIL will be seized within 72 hours in accordance with Article 33 GDPR.
Cookies and trackers
The zenquality.fr website does not use not tracking cookies, audience measurement cookies or advertising tracers. Only cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the site (e.g. technical session) may be deposited without prior consent, in accordance with Article 82 of the Data Protection Act and the CNIL guidelines.
7. Adjustments
ZenQuality may amend this policy at any time to adapt it to regulatory or business changes. Users are invited to consult it regularly. The date of last update is at the top of the document.
